IACBE Accreditation Application Status

2021年6月,东莞城市学院(原东莞理工学院城市学院)正式启动申请商科专业认证工作。在学校的统筹安排和大力支持下,专业认证领导小组与认证专业展开深入细致而卓有成效的国际认证工作。2021年9月,获得国际商科教育认证委员会(IACBE)会员资格;2023年1月,顺利通过认证委员会资格评审,正式获得IACBE候选人资格;2024年5月,提交《自评报告》及支撑材料至国际商科教育认证委员会初步审查;2024年7月,再次提交《自评报告》及支撑材料至国际商科教育认证委员会进行审查。更多有关IACBE国际认证动态资讯请点击这里

In June 2021, Dongguan City University (formerly named City College of Dongguan University of Technology) officially started the application for business accreditation. Under the arrangement and support of the university, the business accreditation leadership group carried out in-depth, detailed and effective IACBE Accreditation work. In September 2021, Dongguan City University gained the membership of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE). In January 2023, Dongguan City University successfully passed the qualification assessment of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education. In May 2024, Dongguan City University submitted Self-Study Report and appendix to the International Accreditation Council for Business Education for preliminary review. In July 2024, the Self-Study Report and appendix was submitted to the International Accreditation Council for Business Education for final review. IACBE, known as International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), was established in 1997 as an international accreditation institution for business education recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in the U.S. The mission of IACBE is improving the academic quality of business programs through accreditation and encouraging universities to develop unique educational models that reflect their mission and vision.
